DMCA and copyright
Shotloom hosts a website and a prompt interface. Video clips are generated by a third-party model provider. If something on this site infringes your copyright, write to support@wan3video.site and we will look at it.
What we host
This site contains written pages, prompt examples and interface code. It does not host a library of user videos: a finished clip is delivered through a link from the model provider that expires, and the provider stores the file. We do store the prompt, settings and status of a job in our database so the person can see it in My renders.
How to send a notice
Email support@wan3video.site with the subject line “Copyright notice”. A useful notice includes all of the following:
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the exact URL on this site (or the render job id) of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may ask for clarification before acting. Incomplete notices can be refused.
What we do
For a valid notice about material we control, we remove or disable the material, tell the person who posted it where we can, and keep a record of the notice. For generated clips we will pass the notice to the model provider where the file actually lives, and remove any prompt or page on this site that reproduces the claimed work.
If your material was removed
If you believe a removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice to support@wan3video.site with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or where we are established). We may restore the material unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringement
We may refuse service, cancel jobs or block access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright after a valid notice.
Model names and third-party material
Wan, Kling and Seedance are names belonging to their owners and are used only to identify a model. Shotloom is independent and unofficial; see the disclaimer. Questions about this policy: support@wan3video.site.
